What Happens Next? – Booking Your Consultation

When we receive your booking request, you’ll receive an email to complete an online questionnaire. Once we assess your answers, we will schedule a call at an allocated time that works for both of us. Depending on demand, I encourage you to submit your best 3 times for consultation.

If you are like most clients, an hour will fly by because you are so immersed in fresh ideas and opportunities. I keep my calls flexible so that I can work with you and draw things out of you. This way we are focused on giving you clarity and value in the time we have together.

While every situation is unique, it’s important to adapt to the individual instead of conforming to a structure or system that ignores the human element.

So here’s a general guide to ensure you make the most of the call:

Extra Information

Appointment times. I typically provide phone consultations on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. Appointments are available in the morning or afternoon and in some cases, in the evening as well. All times are based on Sydney time. If those times don’t work for you, please let me know, and we’ll work something out.

All appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. On occasions, I may be traveling and may need to reschedule appointments so you will be notified.

International clients are encouraged to do all phone consultations through Skype. Once you have confirmed your appointment, please ensure you submit your Skype user ID.

Businesses And Corporate. I’m happy to consult with businesses and corporates. Whether it’s adding value to an existing training program or establishing a mastermind program within your business, please contact me and discuss your options.

Recording consultation calls. You are permitted to record your call for personal use only. All calls are confidential in nature. If you need me to record the call, please notify me beforehand.

Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours advance notice. If you have an emergency that clashes with you appointment, please let me know.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 minutes of your consultation call, please let me know and we’ll refund you 100%. You can reschedule your appointment or transfer your consultation call to someone else if you circumstances change.

Confidentiality. Trust is built with small agreements. All conversations are kept confidential by default. However, I may share general lessons learnt in my blog, books, workshops and other media if I believe it would benefit others. Your personal identity will be protected as no specifics will be mentioned, only lessons that may help others.

Call Topics. During your call, I recommend we cover the core topic plus answer any questions you have. However, if you have more problems, challenges or questions you need answered, I encourage you to choose to purchase extra coaching or consulting times. I will answer and give you as much clarity around your issues in the time we have together. Every solution varies depending on your current knowledge, experience and competency.

Mentoring and Coaching. After your consultation call, you may be interested in ongoing mentoring and coaching. Depending on your situation, we can discuss this at the right time and create a program that aligns with your goals.
