Wow, it certainly has been an amazing week. Have you experienced a time where more opportunities appear before you than you could imagine. It always makes those lean years a distant memory. But I can assure you, the challenges and trials you experience today, are preparing you for your prosperity in time to come. Never ever give up!
When you understand your inner most thoughts become your external reality, it becomes more important to determine what current thoughts are consuming you. Every thought has a frequency and it will attract the right people, resources and opportunities to you. But I’ve found that many clients have lost focus and direction because they are too consumed by the lack of finances and opportunities since the GFC.
Make no mistake, the market has changed but the fundamentals are always the same. And it begins with you. What would it be worth if someone was able to access your whole life experience? Your knowledge, your skills and your personal growth. In fact, it’s your personal growth that will determine whether your income expands or stays the same. Remember, there’s a value you will give yourself and then there’s market value. The key in this new economy is to deliver outstanding value to your customers and build a relationship with them that grows over time. With so many “multi-channels” out there, I strongly encourage you to focus on one channel to start with and then you can add others later on.
Remember to always include the essence of who you are and what message you want to communicate because each channel can often be “lost in translation” when you transfer the information. For example, there’s software which can transform your blog into a offline book. While this sounds easy and great, some of your message may lose it’s meaning by someone who is used to reading a book and not a blog. Know the difference.
Reinvention. I am continually reinventing myself. I encourage all my best clients to do it at least every 6 months because the market is constantly changing as people learn and grow and markets and technology change. I’ve always focused on working with the best. Because when you work with the best, you will continue to grow and expand your consciousness and results. It’s easier to grow with the best than to struggle with the mediocre majority. Like Dan Kennedy says, the majority is always wrong. Choose wisely…
Recently I worked with a speaker to reinvent their whole message to the market and it’s been an interesting experience. The key to reinvention is to isolate your message or theme and then strategically let your marketing spread to your customers and influencers in your industry. Another great tool is to create a “lead magnet” that gives great information and value for prospects and customers. Rich Schefren built his whole coaching program to $3.2 million dollars in his first year with a FREE Report called the “Business Manifesto”. Reinvention can be a lot of fun but it can be confronting too. Your core values affect you on a deeper level and you need to address your values and priorities. Your values drive your behaviour which effects your actions. So in order to change your outcome, you must reprioritize your values. And when you determine your core values, you will get an essence of what you are all about…for me, it’s emotional authenticity! (which translate to men as “prick with purpose”)
Have you reassessed what your core values are? In fact, take the time to right down your values and prioritize them. You will be amazed at what you discover.
